In reality training 6 poles in a 15' by 20' agility room is a poor life choice. Dogs that have something that resembles common sense never have any speed, and the ones that lacks common sense continually crash into the wall.
Neither are very beneficial for future training.
Along the same lines as 6 weave poles is sequencing. I love sequencing. Partially because it means we get to run and have fun, but also because it seems like we are getting closer to the eventual goal . I don't think it is always the best use of our training time, but when you train in a one room schoolhouse it doesn't really matter how beneficial it is. Sequences beyond 2 obstacles are not going to happen.
So we have to get creative. Very creative. It also help to have a roommate (Abigail) that is also *slightly* obsessive about training. Luckily for us you can do good agility training in a one room agility school house, and have a lot of fun doing it.
